We design and deliver bespoke cycling and trekking challenge events for corporates, charities, and individuals across the UK and Europe. We've been doing this since 2003.
Groups from 10 to 500+ people. We split larger groups into manageable teams with dedicated guides.
Across the UK (London to Paris, Yorkshire 3 Peaks, Snowdon, etc.) and Europe (Mallorca, Tuscany, Slovenia, and more). We operate in 12+ countries.
We recommend 3–6 months for larger groups or international events, but we can often accommodate shorter lead times.

Fitness & Preparation
What you need to know before taking part.
Not at all. We design events for mixed ability groups and tailor the route, pace, and support accordingly.
Yes, we provide pre-event training guidance to help participants prepare.
Our support vehicles follow every event. If anyone needs to rest or stop, they can ride in the support vehicle at any time.
What's Included
Pricing, equipment, and what to expect.
Typically: expert guide team, safety/support vehicles, route planning, accommodation, meals, logistics management, pre-event briefings, and post-event reporting.
For cycling events, participants typically bring their own bikes. We can arrange bike hire on request. For trekking, participants need their own boots and kit — we provide a recommended kit list.
No, participants must arrange their own travel and activity insurance. We can recommend suitable providers.

Safety & Logistics
How we keep everyone safe on every event.
Every event has qualified first aiders, full mechanical support (for cycling), safety vehicles, and detailed risk assessments. Our guides carry communications equipment and we have emergency protocols for every route.
We monitor conditions closely and have contingency routes planned. We may adjust routes for safety but we very rarely cancel events entirely.
